Rewards

At Bishop Stopford's, we believe in recognising and celebrating the hard work, achievements, and positive behaviour of our students. Our rewards program is designed to motivate and encourage all students to strive for excellence in both academic and extracurricular activities.

How It Works

Our rewards program is structured to recognise various aspects of student life, including academic performance, attendance, behaviour, and participation in school activities. Here’s how students can earn rewards:

1. Academic Excellence: Students who achieve top grades or show significant improvement in their studies will be awarded points.
2. Attendance: Regular attendance is crucial for academic success.
3. Positive Behaviour: Demonstrating good behaviour, respect, and responsibility can earn students additional points.
4. Extracurricular Participation: Active participation in clubs, sports, and other school events will also be recognised.
5. Progression and Improvement: Students who show consistent progression and improvement throughout the year in their academic performance, behaviour, or participation will be rewarded. This encourages continuous effort and growth, recognising students who may not always be at the top but are making significant strides.

Types of Rewards

Students can accumulate points throughout the school year and redeem them for various rewards. Here are some of the rewards available:

- Certificates and Medals: For outstanding achievements and contributions.
- Special Privileges: Such as front-of-the-line lunch passes.
- Trips: Special trips or outings for top achievers, such as the end of-year trip to Thorope Park.
- End-of-Termly Awards Ceremony: An event to celebrate the highest achievers with special awards and recognition.

How to Track Your Points

Students can track their points through the Bromcom Student Portal. Points are updated regularly, and students can see a breakdown of how points were earned.
